BE-Fleet Enterprise - The
web-based tool was created to automate the process of reporting, receiving
service and obtaining billing for fleet maintenance events.
The BE-Fleet system has 3 main features
- Electronic Dispatching
- Vendor Invoice Collection
- Fleet Reporting
Electronic Dispatching allows you to
dispatch service via the internet. Your service provider is notified
that you require service via email or text enabled phone or pager.
The dispatch identifies the unit needing repair as well as the problem and
urgency of the call. You are also notified immediately when the
service provider acknowledges the call.

BE-Fleet Payables allows the service
vendor to enter an invoice online in response to your service call.
You are notified electronically that an invoice has been sent. This
process streamlines the maintenance procurement process. In addition,
it assures that no invoices are received where no dispatches for service
were made.
Dispute Resolution - The BE-Fleet
Payables system allows for easy dispute resolution through the payables
process. If you have a problem with the invoice simply dispute the
invoice and state why online. The dispute is then forwarded back to
the service vendor for resolution.
XML Integration - To further reduce
administrative costs you can integrate the BE-Fleet Payables directly into
your system through an XML extract program. This reduces the time
required to key the data into your own system.

Fleet Reporting -
As a result of the dispatching and payables process you now have all the
data needed to make informed fleet decisions. We provide
